Verrado
Located in Buckeye, Arizona, the Verrado Community is a master planned community with a focus on parks and recreation. With a swim park, regional park, and multiple home sub-division, this was a challenging but rewarding project for LDE.
Since 2010, the engineering team behind LDE has been the project engineer for over 10 subdivisions comprised of over 1,400 lots. This project also included many infrastructure projects for streets, utilities and drainage.

Verrado Heritage Swim Park
Heritage Swim Park is a Verrado community pool. This project was carefully coordinated with
the Architect and Landscape Architect. The challenge was designing a level pool with a drop of 10 feet across the site and with ADA compliant sidewalks and walkways.
Verrado Highlands Park
Meck Park in Verrado Highland is a Regional Park in a desert setting the entire park is a 26 acre-foot offline storm water storage basin. Highland Park Drive is a collector street within the Verrado Community.

Verrado Phase 3 South is a 600+ lot Single Family Subdivision on 208 acres. The predominant features are parkways and parks throughout the subdivision. All the streets are designed with chicanes to accommodate parallel parking.
Verrado Victory & Parcel
Victory Mountainside was a very dense challenging site. The site drops 45 feet and we were able to have ADA compliant sidewalks throughout this Active Adult subdivision.
