Eagle Mountain
Eagle Mountain is a Master Planned Golf Course Community in Fountain Hills, Arizona. JWS designed roads, lot layout for subdivisions. The bifurcated street created views for the middle row of lots over the home on the lower side of the street and made a more interesting streetscape. LDE provided conceptual and final design services for six individual parcels located on an extreme sloping terrain within this 500-acre master planned community.
