Land Development Engineering, LLC (LDE) is a Phoenix-based Civil Engineering firm founded by Jonathon Stansel, P.E., in March 2019, with the goal of creating a highly skilled and qualified team to provide civil engineering services for private land development. and created Land Development Engineering in 2019. Before forming the LDE firm, Jonathon was a partner in Land Development Engineering from 2011 to 2019, and the owner of Automated Civil Services, LLC (ACS) from 2000 to 2011.
